Does it cost anything to get quotes?
Posting a pickup and comparing quotes are free. You choose whether to book a hauler.
Who can see my pickup address?
Haulers can see your general area and pickup details before booking. Your exact address and chat open for the selected hauler after payment succeeds.
What happens when the pickup is finished?
The customer and hauler each confirm Job Done from their own account. HaulPick then requests payment release if no issue blocks it. Provider confirmation and bank arrival are separate.
What do haulers pay?
Joining and bidding are free, with no monthly membership. A 13.5% platform fee and actual payment processing fees are deducted from earnings on completed jobs.
